Meet our Team!
The B-REC project is executed by a team combining operational experience in scaling physical networks with specialized engineering in the Cardano EUTxO model and Industrial IoT systems.
Duc Le
Role: Project Manager & Strategy Lead
Duc Le oversees the project's overall execution, timeline management, and partnership strategy. His background lies in operational scaling and supply chain management. Notably, he co-founded and successfully scaled the Big Family Pharmacy chain to over 1,000 retail locations within three years. Responsibilities:
Operational Execution: Managing the delivery of all milestones across both the Protocol and Hardware workstreams.
Partnership Acquisition: Leading negotiations with data providers (Satellite services) and energy producers to secure pilot sites for Milestone 4 (Hybrid Pilot Run).
Go-to-Market: Defining the strategy to transition the MVP into a commercially viable product for Independent Power Producers (IPPs).

Duc Tiger
Role: Lead Architect & Tokenomics Designer
Duc Tiger is responsible for the system's economic architecture and high-level technical design. He bridges the gap between technical constraints and business logic, designing the "Data-as-a-Service" model and the privacy-preserving integration architecture between Cardano and the Midnight sidechain. Responsibilities:
Tokenomic Architecture: Designing the micro-fee sustainability model to ensure the protocol can cover operational costs (Satellite APIs, Cloud) post-funding.
Business Logic Definition: Translating complex energy RWA requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
On-Chain Review: Conducting security reviews of the Aiken smart contracts to ensure they align with the protocol's economic intent and Cardano's ledger rules.

Tien Tuan
Role: On-Chain Lead (Aiken Specialist)
Tuan is the primary engineer for the protocol's immutable layer. With a strong background in Computer Science (HUST) and a specialized focus on the Cardano EUTxO model, he is capable of handling the high-security requirements of RWA tokenization. Responsibilities:
Aiken Minting Policy (Milestone 1): Developing the core smart contracts that enforce strict validation rules, ensuring tokens are only minted when authorized by the validation engine.
CIP-68 Implementation: Designing the metadata standard (Standard 222) to support dynamic asset states, allowing tokens to reflect real-time trust tiers.
Property-Based Testing: Executing rigorous fuzz testing to secure the contract against edge-case exploits before Mainnet deployment.
Thang Loi
Role: Backend Lead & Orchestrator Architect
Loi is the architect behind the "Orchestrator," the off-chain middleware that bridges legacy energy infrastructure with the blockchain. His expertise lies in building high-concurrency microservices and secure system architectures using Go and Rust. He possesses the deep system engineering skills required to build production-ready infrastructure. Responsibilities:
Universal Legacy Adapter (Milestone 2): Reverse-engineering and integrating rigid third-party APIs (Huawei, Sungrow, SolarEdge) to ingest data without hardware dependencies.
Transaction Batching Engine: Developing the logic to aggregate multiple minting requests into single transactions, optimizing gas fees for mass adoption.
Security Architecture: Implementing the cryptographic modules for the Signal Protocol and managing secure API infrastructure.
Phu Thinh
Role: Scaling Lead & Data Validation
Thinh focuses on data integrity and system scalability. With a background in blockchain engineering and decentralized applications, he is responsible for the logic engine that determines the "truth" of the data before it reaches the chain. Responsibilities:
Cross-Validation Engine (Milestone 2): Building the anti-fraud logic that cross-references reported energy data against historical satellite irradiance data to detect anomalies (e.g., generation at night).
Hydra Integration: Implementing Hydra Head protocols to process continuous, high-frequency data streams from IoT devices without congestion.
Dynamic State Management: Managing the efficient update of metadata for on-chain assets.
Minh Thu
Role: Frontend Lead & IoT Infrastructure
Thu handles the end-to-end integration between the physical hardware and the user interface. She operates as a full-stack IoT engineer, capable of writing firmware for edge devices and building the web interfaces that control them. Responsibilities:
Producer Dashboard (Milestone 3): Developing the user-facing Web App that allows energy producers to securely connect wallets, manage API credentials, and visualize their RWA assets.
Industrial Firmware Development (Proposal 2): Writing and deploying secure Rust-based firmware onto Industrial IoT Gateways (Teltonika).
Secure Edge Communication: Implementing Modbus protocols to read data from inverters and integrating Hardware Security Modules (HSM) for on-device data signing.
